One Skirt: Five Ways
Honestly, I had to stop myself or I could’ve just kept going, making more than five outfits from this skirt.. anyway, let’s dive into the first look with a georgette frilled front blouse in burgundy.

I love taking my pics and videos outside, not only because it’s such a beautiful view and backdrop, but because it brings home my philosophy of being sustainable and mindful in the way I consume and the way I dress – there’s no way I want to contribute to the ruin of this beautiful planet with masses of textile landfill ..
I added burgundy tights, burgundy booties and a burgundy pleather jacket to give this outfit depth and warmth.

Feeling Shirty!

The bishop sleeves on this pleather shirt are absolutely perfect aesthetically, and for someone who suffers swelling from lymphodoema, the result of breast cancer treatment some three years ago ..
It was horses for courses when it came to the booties – the pleather had to have my little buckled low-heeled booties whereas the white shirt called for some heeled booties as it really was too cold and wet for sandals .. crazy weather, I tell you!!

Playing with textures and giving some more depth to both of the outfits, I paired a faux fur jacket with the pleather shirt and a leather jacket and suede booties with the white shirt.
Cute ‘N Cosy

A simple black fitted jumper, Chelsea booties, suede fringed jacket and hair in a messy pony-come-bun .. gives plenty of texture and depth!

Pretty In Pink!

This colour pink – fuchsia or magenta – is just breathtakingly beautiful and a perfect combo with the skirt.
I found the little French bulldog brooch was a cute addition too, along with my nude booties, tassel earrings, headscarf and a little denim jacket to make the outfit that little bit more casual.
So, seriously, how versatile is this little skirt and how good is it that I was able to shop my wardrobe for all the components that I wore – and don’t forget there were so many other options that I’ve not even shown here!
I’d love for you to pop across to my little YouTube channel Donna Walmsley, Work Your Wardobe, for further inspiration!
Please take the time to shop your wardrobe and create beautiful outfits fit for a wealth of occasions, and save on excess for landfill – oh, and don’t forget that it will also be kind to your bank account!
Thank you for joining me in my little corner of the web, and I hope you’re all going well and staying healthy and happy!
