Turquoise Triumph!
I find this colour one of pure delight – vibrant, invigorating and spiritual!
It’s perfectly suitable for this time in my life where things are opening up in the most interesting and positive way.
It’s another dress from British brand @feverlondon and is made from a fabulous linen and has self-covered buttons all the way down the front and best of all – pockets!!
I appreciate the retro style of this dress and have done my best to style it in a way that is both classic and accessible.
Sixties Simplicity and Sweetness
I wore this when I finally got the all clear from my surgeon that I could get back to living my normal life instead of having to rest all the time. This news has been a long time coming, although I thoroughly understand why it has been necessary for the process of healing to take so long, as I’ve learned so much about patience and self-love and care along the way.
I love the fitted waist and wide belt that give the A-line dress a beautiful hourglass shape.
The sleeve length is ideal for sun protection and give the dress a streamlined elegance.
The pops of magenta in the sandals, bracelet and little wicker bag add even more vibrancy and energy to this simple dress.
I’ve worn the dress with black before but I much prefer the bright pink colour as we head into summer here in Australia.
The light is always bright here so the tortoiseshell sunnies were a welcome addition and I found a home for my little blue cat brooch.
Thank you for joining me in my little corner of the web and have a wonderful November!!
