Autumn and Winter!

I’ve been talking about sustainability and shopping your wardrobe from time to time this year.

I agree with Anna from www.glamadventure.com and think it’s a good idea to feature my clothing on the blog more than once.

I’ve worn this small floral printed dress during the autumn and now I’m enjoying it during the winter.

It’s a very sweet and pretty dress by Review Australia and I love it’s small floral print, feminine cut, flippy skirt, soft frilled v-neck and three quarter sleeves.

It’s just the dress to wear in a cool – albeit sunny, winter’s day.

One of my thoughts on style is that it’s important to wear what makes you feel good – don’t wait for an occasion to dress your best self, because life is just too short!!

Loving Winter Layers …

The black background of this dress does make it appear more wintery, although it’s a fairly light fabric of georgette over satin underlay.

Taking it from autumn to winter here in the mild part of Australia that I live in is simple enough, as I’ve just changed up my colours and added a few little extras.

Just because it’s winter it doesn’t mean we can’t get out and about in bright and fun colours!

Beautiful Teal and Basic Black!

So talking about shopping my wardrobe – I’ve had this embossed overcoat and teal suede shoes for many years, and they’re still going strong.

They gave me the perfect look I was after together with the coloured tights, leather gloves, beret, necklace, earrings and catseye sunnies.
