Going Undercover …
If you to want keep below the radar, what better way than camo?
( Just ignore the ladder and mini-orb in the background, a temporary measure to keep out wildlife like kangaroos, wallabies and wombats who love to break into the home perimeter and eat all my plants … I’m not going to be performing any dynamic hi-jinx!)
I’ve had these jeans for years, like so many of my things, but as they still fit I shall continue to wear them and style them accordingly.
Green with Envy
I generally prefer jewel colours so I decided to team the camo with a colour from the opposite side of the colour wheel – coral.
I feel this colour compliments and lifts the energy of the outfit and certainly of the wearer.
I love wearing feminine clothes so somehow this was a compromise with the pretty coloured jumper and other additions worn with the camo jeans.
Continuing with Monochrome…
I’ve said many times that I prefer monochromatic looks – always have – maybe because I’m on the spectrum and I find they fit my sense of order or maybe because I’m petite and all one colour should make me appear a touch taller!
All I know is that I prefer a monochromatic look so in this case I delivered my pretty colour and monochrome by putting my olive green military jacket over the top of the jeans and jumper.
Tying it Together!
I added a multi- coloured headband, cute chocolate coloured shoe-booties and my old sunnies to finish the look.
I also wore an olive crop-top underneath the jumper to prevent it from clinging.
In these last couple of pics I look like I’m about to jump over the fence!
